Opened August 31, 2020, the Hampton Inn & Suites and Home2 Suites is the first of its kind dual-branded hotel in the state.

Awarded the 2020 New Build of the Year by Hilton, this six-story, 146,000 square foot dual-branded hotel project has a combined 250 guestrooms. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor resort-style pool and spa, Color Up Lounge featuring a full bar and light menu, and 1,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotel also offers secured covered parking with electric charging stations in the adjacent 3-story parking garage.

Located at 755 Sierra Vista Drive, the hotel is conveniently situated just steps from the Las Vegas Convention Center and offers guests easy access to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, McCarren Airport and UNLV main campus.

DG Design + Development is doubling down on its dual-branded hotel success in the ever-expanding convention center corridor with Haytt House & House Place Las Vegas Convention Center.

Situated next door to its award-winning Hilton dual-brand hotel at 755 Sierra Vista Drive, DG Design + Development looks to continuously and creatively honor the resilient energy of the iconic Las Vegas Convention Center corridor by delivering another exceptional, off-Strip stay for business and holiday travelers alike.

This six-story, 180,000 square foot hotel will offer 146 Hyatt House and 112 Hyatt Place apartment-style guestroom suites, 7,000 square feet of flexible meeting and events space, a uniquely branded lobby lounge featuring elevated drinking and dining experiences, a resort-style pool and modern fitness center. In addition, the hotel will offer access to the planned Las Vegas Loop and secure parking with electric charging stations.

This project is currently in predevelopment with construction expected to commence in the second quarter of 2026 with opening in 2028.
